At Homeycomb, your satisfaction matters. While many of our items are carefully curated and final sale, we accept returns or exchanges on eligible items that arrive damaged during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please email us at homeycomb.us@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of any damage (if applicable).
Once your return is authorized, you’ll need to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving the item, we’ll ship a replacement if available. If a replacement isn’t in stock, we’ll issue a full refund for the purchase price.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We may offer partial refunds for items returned in less-than-original condition (e.g., signs of wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging not due to our error).
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for items valued over $100, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Homeycomb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If this occurs, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier info to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
